Devansh Trademart transferred shares to Inox Leasing as part of internal restructuring

Devansh Trademart LLP transferred 30,00,000 equity shares of Inox Wind Limited to Inox Leasing and Finance Limited on August 25, 2026, as part of an internal restructuring of shareholding within the promoter and promoter group, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The transaction, valued at Rs 73.88 per share, falls under an exemption provided by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations and does not alter the aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group, with Devansh Trademart LLP holding 15,20,18,522 shares, representing 8.80% of the company's total share capital post-transaction.
