Genus Power proposes Rs 0.50 per share dividend for FY26, pending AGM approval

Genus Power Infrastructures Limited’s board of directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share, or 50%, for the financial year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, with September 18, 2026, set as the record date.
