Gravity (India) Limited plans to raise up to Rs 90 crore via Qualified Institutions Placement

Gravity (India) Limited will seek to raise up to Rs 90 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) of eligible securities, according to a regulatory filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 27, 2026. The company’s board will also consider altering its Memorandum of Association to include businesses related to information technology, data centers, and semiconductor manufacturing, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
