KG Petrochem shareholders re-appointed Manish Singhal as Managing Director through 2029

KG Petrochem Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Manish Singhal as Managing Director for a further three years through July 31, 2029, and Prity Singhal and Gauri Shanker Kandoi as Whole Time Directors for the same period. The company also appointed Anjal Kejriwal as an Independent Non-Executive Director for a five-year term, effective May 27, 2026.
