VIJI Finance Limited converts warrants, allotting 1 crore shares for Rs 21,00,000

VIJI Finance Limited announced the allotment of 10,00,000 equity shares, or 1 crore, at a price of Rs 2.80 per share to a non-promoter warrant holder, following the receipt of the remaining 75% of the issue price, totaling Rs 21,00,000. This completes the conversion of all 88,50,000 warrants initially allotted on June 16, 2026, bringing the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up capital to Rs 23,10,00,000, consisting of 23,10,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares.
