TVS Srichakra Limited announced that its 43rd Annual General Meeting will be held on September 24, 2026, at 10:30 A.M. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio visual means, with September 10, 2026, set as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend. The company will dispatch the notice of the AGM and the annual report for the financial year 2025-26 via email to registered members and through courier/post for those without registered email addresses.
