Navin Fluorine’s committee granted 8,095 shares to employees via stock options

Navin Fluorine International Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has allotted 8,095 equity shares to eligible employees on August 26, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the Employees’ Stock Option Scheme 2017, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs 10,26,08,168, consisting of 5,13,00,054 fully paid equity shares and 8,060 partly paid equity shares.
