Atul Auto Limited declares a final dividend of Rs 3 per share for FY26

Atul Auto Limited has set September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to a final dividend of Rs 3 per equity share, or 60% of the Rs 5 face value, for the financial year 2025-26, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
