Meenakshi Limited closes trading window ahead of equity share sub-division board meeting

Meenakshi (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited that the trading window for designated persons has been closed from August 26, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider and approve a proposal for the sub-division/split of the company's equity shares.
