Cipla Ltd.'s committee approved equity share allotments under employee stock schemes

Cipla Ltd. announced that its Operations and Administrative Committee has allotted 5,281 fully paid-up equity shares of INR 2 each under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013 -A and the Cipla Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2021, increasing the company’s issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital to INR 1,61,57,16,894 comprising of 80,78,58,447 equity shares.
