Ranjit Securities to review financial results at September board meeting following auditor change

Ranjit Securities Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone audited financial results, financial statements, and revised board report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following a change in statutory auditors. The company appointed M/s. B. Bansal & Company, Chartered Accountants, after M/s. Ritesh Talreja & Associates resigned and the UDIN for the prior audit report was revoked.
