Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction to appoint new auditor at September board meeting

Shree Rajiv Lochan Oil Extraction Limited will hold a board meeting on September 1, 2026, to approve the company's report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and to consider the resignation of statutory auditor M/s Milind Nyati & Co. LLP, while also proposing the appointment of M/s Jain Bardia & Co. as the company's statutory auditor for five years.
