Virtuoso Optoelectronics plans to seek board approval for a share offering, filings show

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited will seek board approval on Saturday, August 29, 2026, to raise funds through a preferential issue of equity shares and/or other securities, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The company’s trading window for securities will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 26, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting concludes.
