Shreenath Investment appoints ZADN & Associates as Internal Auditor for the financial year

Shreenath Investment Company Limited announced that its Board of Directors approved the appointment of M/s. ZADN & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, fixed a book closure date from September 12, 2026, to September 21, 2026, and approved the Draft Directors Report for the financial year 2025-2026, alongside the reappointment of Mr. Ashwin Pukhraj Jain as a Director and the remuneration for Mr. Jatin Jain, Managing Director, subject to member approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026.
