AA Plus Tradelink Limited to meet in Mumbai to approve reports and director reappointment

AA Plus Tradelink Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 1, 2026, at its registered office in Mumbai to approve the Board’s Report, Report on Corporate Governance, Management Discussion and Analysis Report, and Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, as well as to approve the Notice of the 10th Annual General Meeting and reappoint Mr. Ashok Amritlal Shah as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, who will attain the age of seventy-five years on September 19, 2026, and to appoint Ms. Vishakha Agrawal of M/s. Vishakha Agrawal & Associates as the Scrutinizer for the 10th Annual General Meeting.
