LANDSMILL GREEN LIMITED to consider object deletion, subsidiary closure at board meeting

LANDSMILL GREEN LIMITED, formerly known as Excel Realty N Infra Limited, will hold a board meeting on September 4, 2026, to consider the deletion of its main object related to fast-moving consumer goods and consequential alteration to its memorandum of association, as well as to consider initiating closure of a subsidiary company. The company will also approve the Director’s Report, Corporate Governance Report, and Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ended March 31, 2026, and decide on the dates of book closure and the time, venue, and date of its Annual General Meeting. Trading window for securities of the company will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 26, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the board meeting’s outcome.
