Shareholders re-appointed Harsha Vardhan Agarwal as Emami Limited’s Vice-Chairman & Managing Director for five years

Emami Limited announced that shareholders at the company’s 43rd Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Harsha Vardhan Agarwal as Vice-Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of five years, effective April 1, 2027, upon completion of his existing term on March 31, 2027.
