Aastha Spintex appoints Trivedi, names new auditors for financial years 2026-31

Aastha Spintex Limited announced the appointment of Utsav Himanshu Trivedi as an additional non-executive independent director, effective August 25th, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, while Anant Bharatbhai Bhatt resigned from his role as a non-executive independent director, effective August 25th, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. S N D K & Associates LLP as its statutory auditor and M/s. Utkarsh Shah & Co. as its secretarial auditor for the financial years 2026-27 to 2030-31.
