Mankind Pharma’s board approved liquidation of Bharat Serums and Vaccines subsidiary

Mankind Pharma Limited announced that its board approved the voluntary liquidation of its 96% owned subsidiary, Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSVL), with Appian Properties Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mankind Pharma, holding the remaining 4% stake. The business of BSVL will be consolidated with Mankind Pharma on a going concern basis, with Appian receiving cash proportionate to its shareholding based on an independent valuation.
