Kiri Industries closes trading window ahead of August 31 board meeting outcome

Kiri Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the company will be closed from August 26, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Outcome of Board Meeting scheduled for August 31, 2026, in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
