Quess Corp re-appoints Ajit Isaac and appoints Anish Thurthi to its board

Quess Corp Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Ajit Isaac as Director, liable to retire by rotation, and the appointment of Mr. Anish Thurthi as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective June 1, 2026, at its 19th Annual General Meeting on August 25, 2026. Mr. Isaac, the founder of Quess, has led the company to a workforce of over 479,000 and $2.5 billion in revenues, while Mr. Thurthi, a Chartered Accountant, currently serves as a Director at Fairbridge Capital Private Limited and on the Boards of Bluspring Enterprises Limited and Digitide Solutions Limited.
