Future Consumer Limited’s Committee of Creditors will meet August 27, managed by Aegis Resolution Services

Future Consumer Limited will hold the second meeting of its Committee of Creditors on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 3:30 P.M., as announced to the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. Aegis Resolution Services Private Limited, acting as Resolution Professional for Future Consumer Limited, is managing the meeting, which is being held pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
