Anand Projects re-appoints Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Manish Sharma for five-year terms

Anand Projects Limited announced the re-appointment of Rajesh Kumar Sharma as a Whole-time director and Manish Sharma as an Independent Director, both for a second term of five years commencing December 23, 2026, to December 22, 2031. The decisions were approved at the company’s Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2026, and were based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
