Humming Bird Education appoints Abhay K & Associates as auditor and scrutinizer

Humming Bird Education Limited informed the BSE that its board of directors approved the appointment of M/s. Abhay K & Associates, Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, and fixed the date of the 16th Annual General Meeting for September 25, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Delhi. The board also appointed M/s. Abhay K & Associates as Scrutinizer to ascertain the Voting Process of the Annual General Meeting.
