Shri Gang Industries to consider increasing authorised share capital at August 31 meeting

Shri Gang Industries and Allied Products Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, August 31, 2026, to consider increasing the company’s authorised share capital and potentially issuing equity shares or convertible securities through a preferential issue, rights issue, or QIP, among other matters. The trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from August 26, 2026, until 48 hours after the meeting’s conclusion, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
