SPR Auto Technologies invests Rs 60 crore in Sunsure Solarpark for a solar power project

SPR Auto Technologies Limited, formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited, announced an investment of up to Rs 60,00,00,000 to subscribe to approximately 23.21% of the equity share capital (on a fully diluted basis) of Sunsure Solarpark Forty Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunsure Energy Private Limited, for a group captive solar power project. Simultaneously, SPR Auto Technologies Limited entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Sunsure Solarpark to procure solar power for its manufacturing facility in Pathredi, Rajasthan.
