Authum Investment re-appoints Bhat and Bagaria, names Dangi as interim CFO

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Haridas Bhat and Mr. Rahul Bagaria as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term of five years, commencing August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2032, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 44th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, and the appointment of Mr. Amit Dangi as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective August 25, 2026, until a permanent CFO is appointed.
