D-Link India appoints Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as Independent Director, pending approval

D-Link (India) Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Vaishali Prasad Koparkar as an Independent Director, effective August 26, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, according to a regulatory filing.
