EcoFinity Atomix seeks approval to raise Rs 23.9 million via equity warrants to investors

EcoFinity Atomix Limited, formerly Aryavan Enterprise Limited, announced a proposal to raise Rs 2,39,00,000 by issuing 23,90,000 equity warrants on a preferential basis to eighteen investors, including Prafullchandra Vitthalbhai Patel and Surendra Nemchand Shah HUF, with warrants having a face value of Rs 10 each. The company will seek shareholder approval for the proposal at an upcoming general meeting, and the issue price will be determined according to SEBI guidelines.
