Captain Polyplast closes share transfer books September 20-26 for its annual meeting

Captain Polyplast Limited has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 20, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the purpose of its 29th Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on September 26, 2026, with September 19, 2026, as the cutoff date for voting.
