Gayatri promoters released significant shareholdings in Gayatri Sugars Limited, disclosed to BSE

Promoters T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy, T. Indira Reddy, and T Subbarami Reddy, along with Gayatri Fin Holdings Private Limited and Gayatri Projects Limited, disclosed the release of encumbrance on shares of Gayatri Sugars Limited to the BSE Limited on August 23, 2026, as per SEBI regulations. Subbarami Reddy Tikkavarapu released 3255814 shares, representing 4.38% of the total share capital, while T. Indira Reddy released 3793508 shares, constituting 5.11%, and T.V. Sandeep Kumar Reddy released 6763031 shares, which is 9.1% of the total share capital.
