Technojet Consultants re-appointed Nitin Datanwala as Independent Director for a five-year term

Technojet Consultants Limited announced the re-appointment of Mr. Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, effective August 10, 2026, through August 9, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. The company attributed the delay in disclosing the appointment, which was approved by the Board of Directors on August 7, 2026, to an inadvertent oversight and expressed regret for the delay.
