Arvaya Healthcare to acquire Navahmedi Solution’s business undertaking via slump sale

Arvaya Healthcare Limited, formerly known as Bijoy Hans Limited, will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to consider and approve a related party transaction with Navahmedi Solution Private Limited for the acquisition of its business undertaking via a slump sale, including intellectual property, assets and liabilities, funded through a rights issue.
