Mphasis grants stock options and restricted stock units to employees under its plans

Mphasis Limited announced on August 20, 2026, that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the grant of 415,060 Employee Stock Options under the Employee Stock Option Plan 2016, with an exercise price of Rs 2,371 per option and a vesting period of five years, and 92,400 Restricted Stock Units under the Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021, with an exercise price of Rs 10 per RSU and a vesting period of four years.
