Geetanjali Credit appoints Thakor, Baraiya, and Katyal to its board, pending approval

Geetanjali Credit and Capital Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Bharatbhai Laljibhai Thakor as an Additional Executive Director, Ms. Amitaben Umesh Baraiya as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent), and Ms. Purti Katyal as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent), all effective August 21, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The company also stated that Ms. Katyal currently serves as a director of Acme Resources Limited, Deep Blue Xpress Limited, and Sterling Agro Industries Limited.
