Scarnose International’s register of members will close September 9-16 for AGM voting

Scarnose International Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from September 9, 2026, to September 16, 2026, with a cut-off date of August 14, 2026, for the purpose of determining shareholders for the Annual General Meeting and to participate in e-voting.
