Shareholders are set to vote on resolutions concerning director remuneration, with Chairperson Rashmi Agrawal proposed to receive Rs 20,00,000 per month and Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Agrawal Rs 25,00,000 monthly, figures the company deems just and fair based on experience and market comparisons. The resolutions also address related-party transactions involving property leases and familial relationships among key executives.
