Laxmi India Finance plans to raise up to Rs 100 crore via debenture issue

Laxmi India Finance Limited plans to raise up to Rs 100 crore through the issue of 50,000 rated, listed, unsubordinated, secured, transferable, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each on a private placement basis, with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 50 crore, the company said in a filing. The company has also closed the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from August 20, 2026, until 48 hours after a Business Operation Committee meeting scheduled for August 25, 2026.
