Voith Paper Fabrics India Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. Krishna Kumar Rajamohannair has ceased to hold office as Managing Director and Director of the company, effective August 19, 2026, after shareholders did not approve his reappointment at the company's 56th Annual General Meeting.
