Hi-Tech Gears' interim stay hearing adjourned to September 2026 by NCLAT

The Hi-Tech Gears Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the next hearing regarding the continuation of an interim stay on the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been adjourned to September 25, 2026, by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in New Delhi. The NCLAT previously issued an order on April 20, 2026, and has directed the continuation of the interim stay, as per its order dated September 3, 2024, while Happy Forgings Ltd. and another entity are listed as respondents.
