Tiaan Consumer Limited schedules AGM for September 11, 2026, with Parul Agrawal as auditor

Tiaan Consumer Limited informed the BSE on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, that its board approved the notice for the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 11, 2026, and fixed September 4, 2026, as the cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote. The board also appointed Parul Agrawal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term from 2026-2031, subject to shareholder approval, and approved the Board Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
