Wheels India secures Rs 180 crore investment from TSF Investments via preferential share issue

Wheels India Limited announced that its board approved a preferential issue of up to 1,269,391 equity shares at a price of INR 1418 per share, totaling up to Rs 180 crore, to TSF Investments Limited, Mr. Srivats Ram, Ms. Nivedita Ram, and Ms. Gita Ram. The company also seeks shareholder approval to enhance its fund-raising limits from Rs 400 crore to Rs 450 crore, which will be put to a vote at an Extraordinary General Meeting on September 17, 2026.
