Ceigall India to invest Rs 29.44 crore for 74% stake in highway project SPV

Ceigall India Limited announced that its Management Committee approved the creation of security for a Rupee Term Loan facility sanctioned to Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, a subsidiary and project special purpose vehicle, and further investment in the Project SPV through equity share capital and loans. The company will infuse Rs 29.44 crore in the form of equity share capital, alongside Ceigall Infra Projects Private Limited, to acquire 74% of Ceigall Indore Ujjain Greenfield Highway Limited, incorporated on January 15, 2026, which has a line of business in infrastructure development and a turnover of Rs 0.40 lakh for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
