Global Infrate CH & Finance Limited to pursue QIP at August board meeting

Global Infrate CH & Finance Limited will seek shareholder approval for a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) at a board meeting scheduled for August 21, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The board will also consider the adoption of the Directors Report for the fiscal year 2025-26 and the Notice for the 31st Annual General Meeting, as well as the re-appointment of Mr. V S Amarnath as Director.
