Chemkart India Limited named Prem Chand Jain & Co. as statutory auditors for five years

Chemkart India Limited appointed Prem Chand Jain & Co. as its statutory auditors for five years, commencing after the conclusion of the company’s 7th Annual General Meeting in 2026, and Nirmal Tiwari & Associates as its secretarial auditors for the same period. The appointments, both subject to shareholder approval at the 7th Annual General Meeting, were approved at a board meeting held on August 18, 2026. Additionally, the board approved convening the 7th Annual General Meeting on September 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM IST via video conferencing.
