Lenskart forms joint venture with Baofeng Framekart in China, investing RMB 1 million

Lenskart Solutions Limited announced the incorporation of a step-down subsidiary, Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., Ltd., in the People’s Republic of China on August 14, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The subsidiary, which will trade in spectacle frames and related optical products, is part of a joint venture between Lenskart Solutions Limited and Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited, with Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited holding 95% equity interest and subscribing to equity interest for an amount of RMB 1 million.
