Fineotex Chemical to hold annual meeting September 11, 2026, and may raise funds

Fineotex Chemical Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India that its Board of Directors approved holding the 23rd Annual General Meeting on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 4:00 P.M. (IST) through video conferencing or other audio-visual means, with a record date for the meeting and final dividend payment fixed as Friday, September 4, 2026, and approved a proposal to raise funds through equity shares or other equity-linked securities, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
