GACM Technologies raises Rs 49.5 crore via qualified institutions placement to investors

GACM Technologies Limited announced that its Fund-Raising Committee approved the allotment of 49,50,00,000 equity shares to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a price of Rs 1 per share, raising Rs 49,50,00,000 through a qualified institutions placement. The company's equity share capital increased from Rs 1,10,27,42,236 to Rs 1,59,77,42,236 following the allotment, with AL MAHA INVESTMENT FUND PCC - ONYX STRATEGY, MAGNIFICA GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES VCC, MINERVA VENTURES FUND, and EBISU GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND LIMITED receiving more than 5% of the shares offered.
