UGRO Capital’s Investment Committee approved commercial paper allotment valued at Rs 48,902,700

UGRO Capital Limited announced that its Investment and Borrowing Committee approved the allotment of commercial papers with an issue value of Rs 48,902,700, maturing on November 16, 2026, with a face value of Rs 5,00,000 per security and an issue price of Rs 489,027 per security, with Yes Bank Limited, Mumbai acting as the IPA.
