Max Earth Resources Ltd., formerly known as Max Alert Systems Ltd., submitted its annual report for the financial year 2025-26 to the BSE Limited on August 17, 2026, in compliance with SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, and announced its 23rd Annual General Meeting will be held on September 10, 2026, via video conferencing.
